WHEN: Sept 4, 2024 - end of May 2025 - Weekly Leadership Mentoring Program with Theresa and Team

WHAT: The Leadership Track with Theresa Dedmon is your next stepping stone in the Create Academy journey. Once you’ve completed Level 1 - Identity Track, it’s time to step into a place of leadership, community, and growth in your creative calling. People who have completed at least 1 year of ministry school may also apply to the leadership track.

Benefits of the Leadership Track
For those who have completed 4 or more of the 7 online courses within Create Academy Level 1 (Identity Track), you'll have the opportunity to join Theresa within the Leadership track.

There will be an added cost for the leadership track either monthly or a one-time discounted fee when you register for the leadership program.

Here is what you will receive in the Create Academy Leadership Program:  

• Weekly Mentoring with Theresa  - You will be meeting weekly with Theresa and with the other students in her leadership track to go over personal goals, small group training, and tools in leadership and how to thrive as a Kingdom Creative. 

• Small Group Support  - You will be placed in a small group with other students within her leadership track, where you will share ideas, needs, and gain encouragement as you grow as a leader.  These groups will meet weekly.
  
  I meet with my leaders on Wednesdays 9-11 AM PST or 6-8 PM PST.

• Small Group Facilitator  - You will lead a small group of creatives from around the world who are joining her Create Academy Live weekly (Level 1), so that you are able to develop your pastoral and small group skills as a leader in Create Academy.

• Personal Project - At the end of the program, you will put together a creative personal project that will showcase your dreams through any creative expression you choose. After you present, Theresa will comment on your dreams and creative project and will share prophetically about where you are headed.

• End of Year Retreat  - Theresa will be hosting an end-of-the-year retreat for those who will be finishing up their year in the leadership track which will take place at Theresa’s home for those who can make it. (see calendar for dates and the cost of the program does not include accommodations or travel costs).

• Ministry Opportunities  - Theresa will be speaking both online and in person throughout the year and will be giving you opportunities to attend either online or in person to be part of her ministry team, which she will train you in.

• Potential Opportunities - This track will open up many opportunities for you and for what’s next for you through Theresa’s influence and Create Academy platform.  There will be more opportunities as well as you complete this 9-month leader’s program as well. 

• School Of Creativity - You will also be participating in Create Academy’s School Of Creativity at the end of April. In this school, you will be reaching all types of creatives around the world.

• Completion of all Create Academy Courses

• BSSM or Ministry School

Cost

We are asking for a $50 deposit to hold your position, which will be deducted from your first month’s tuition, or from the total fee if being paid in full.

Monthly from Sept 2024 - May 2025 $75 per mo.

Or Pay one one-time fee and save one month’s tuition.   $675  $600*

Additional Benefit:  Your monthly Create Academy subscription fee will be waived during the program.

Theresa’s Mentoring Experience 

Theresa Dedmon has spent the last 20 years raising up people to become on fire creatives who powerfully are transforming both the church and the marketplace.  Her voice as a creative catalyst has shaped the culture of Bethel through her influence in leading the creative arts within Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, Bethel’s church life, and through creative programs she has introduced within the Redding community.

Her books, E Courses, and artwork have gone around the world and now through her online Create Academy’s success, she is offering a certain amount of students a leadership 10 month track, where she will mentor you within the confines of your own home.  

Theresa will meet with you one on one to coach you and prophesy over you at the end of the program.  Some people will be chosen to be small group leaders and they will have added extra time with Theresa during her weekly times with them.
