Thrive Life is designed for people on the go who can commit to one hour of mentorship and small groups per week and one hour of course work to apply and activate what they are learning before they meet weekly with Theresa and their same small group.
KCM Thrive Life Dates and Times
The KCM Online Thrive Life Academy goes from September 10, 2026-May 2027 and the times offered are either for AM or PM PT availability (you choose which times work best for you) Thursdays 9-10 AM or Thursday 7-8 PM PT weekly

Meet The Team
Theresa Dedmon
Theresa is an internationally recognized speaker who empowers believers to walk in their supernatural creative destiny, blending healing and the prophetic through her ministry and the Kingdom Creative Movement. She served for over 19 years as the leader of the Creative Arts Department at Bethel Church in Redding, equipping students and teams to bring transformation to the church, city, and broader cultural spheres.
Through her online learning platform, Kingdom Creative Movement, she has mentored hundreds of students worldwide, helping them pursue their God-given calling and build creative communities around the globe.
Kevin Dedmon
Kevin has over 30 years of pastoral ministry experience and holds degrees in Biblical Studies and Church Leadership from Vanguard University.
He served for 13 years at Bethel Church and the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, teaching revival theology, healing, and evangelism while developing outreach movements such as Treasure Hunts, Firestarters, and HomeFire.
Kevin is also the author of several books and curricula, and together with his wife Theresa, travels internationally equipping believers through conferences, teaching, and training resources.
Rebeca Waggoner
Rebeca Waggoner is a teacher, author, and leader from Eastern Oregon who is passionate about helping people discover their true identity and freedom through inner healing and God’s love.
She serves as the Show Director for Happy Canyon, the world’s oldest Indian Pageant and Wild West Show and is the first woman to sit on its board of directors, as well as the author of books preserving its history.
Becky has also partnered in leadership with Theresa Dedmon through Create Academy, where she has helped cultivate prophetic creativity and spiritual growth in others.
David Pennington
David Pennington is the husband of one amazing wife, Father to 3 beautiful girls. He wrote the children’s book, Bobby’s Big Adventure, with his children. He is a Reverend for the Elim Pentecostal Church in the UK, where he enjoys bringing creativity and the supernatural into every aspect of his ministry.
David has a gifting as a Prophetic Artist (Art of Redemption) where he uses his gifting to minister to kids in schools, church, and the marketplace.

KCM Thrive Life Academy starts September 2026 - May 2027
Cost of KCM Thrive Life and Membership
KCM Students:
If you are already a member of KCM, then you will pay a one-time $25 non-refundable processing deposit, after you fill out the short application process and are accepted. The acceptance letter will have the $25 deposit payment information included. Then you are all set and ready to go! Just make sure you keep your membership up to date to ensure your Thrive Life spot, and keep in mind your required Thursday attendance starting in September for KCM Thrive Life that you have chosen stays open.
Non-KCM Students
You will fill out the application and then, once accepted into the Academy, you will pay the one-time $25 non-refundable processing deposit (The acceptance letter will have the $25 deposit payment information included). Then, start your membership, which is $29.99 monthly (you can sign up at Theresadedmon.com/community). Let our community director, Joy know at support@theresadedmon.com that you’ve started your monthly membership so we can place you in the right group and get your dashboard ready with all of your courses set up.

The application helps us get to know you, find out where you are from, and what creative passions you may have, so we can place you with the right leaders for your KCM Thrive Life sessions.
We will also ask you in the application if you are going to be joining the Thursday AM group (9-10 AM PT) or the Thursday PM group (7-8 PM PT).

Requirements for Graduation
Attend the weekly Thrive Life Meetings on Thursdays (80% attendance needed)
Finish the weekly course work before you attend the meeting.
Connect with your small group for support, accountability, and help. These are safe groups, which practice confidentiality, joy, and connection.
Take risks to practice what you are learning within your community and within the KCM family groups that you are part of. There will be times when you can implement declarations, affirmations, and beliefs that will be part of strengthening what you are learning, which Theresa will teach about.
Participate in the KCM Missions week in April with our KCM family and your community.
We understand that there may be travel or other special occasions throughout the year, so let your small group leader know about this. You will also get 3 weeks off at Christmas and 1 during Thanksgiving US Holiday in Nov.).
Your KCM Thrive Life Calendar will be sent to you in August before you start the program in September, so you can plan accordingly.
