The KCM Leadership Academy is unique and life-changing because we value
COMMUNITY: Throughout the year, our students will learn skills in how to form healthy relationships with God, their mentors, other students in the program, and with those they are leading.
Our Leadership Academy is unique because we offer multiple opportunities where students can lead others within various group situations on a regular basis.
Students will be equipped and activated to lead others within the KCM Online platform as well as lead others who live around them (community, friends, church life).
Almost every student who graduates from our program has found life-long relationships with others that they continue to have after the 9 months is past.
GOD’S NATURE OF JOY AND EMPOWERMENT: Students will be taught belief training in how to break off defeating mindsets like fear, anxiety, perfectionism. comparison, shame, and procrastination that keep them from walking in the Kingdom of righteousness, peace, and joy.
We believe in the inerrancy of scripture and that Jesus has supernaturally equipped us to walk in signs and wonders, and that we owe the world an encounter.
BELIEF TRAINING AND ENGAGING OUR SANCTIFIED IMAGINATION:Our students will be taught Theresa’s 25 Kingdom Beliefs that will be activated throughout the program in fun declarations that build a strong foundation on supporting who we are in Christ. Our students learn to fill their sanctified imagination with God’s truth where they can access heavenly downloads that bring creative ideas and solutions to what we need in our culture based on God’s nature and goodness.
OUR UNIQUENESS/CREATIVITY:We teach that every person is unique and created by God to be loved and has permission to explore their unique calling free from a negative and performance-based culture.
We know, according to Genesis 1:27, that every believer is creative because we are made in God’s image and that what we create has a purpose for good and to bring life to others.
We also believe in divine partnership with God (Genesis 2:20), so that God’s anointing flows through what we create. There is no limit to how and what we create with God.
Creating with God is needed in how we raise our children, how we evangelize, work in the marketplace, lead ministries, worship, and fulfill our purpose. Creativity is not a separate skill or ability, but rather it is in our DNA as God’s child.
OVERCOMERS: Students will learn not to avoid pain, disappointment, or trauma, but rather to walk through it with Jesus and our KCM community, so that their graveyards become a garden. Theresa’s course “Create To Be Free” will be foundational for helping in this process, along with the confidentiality in our small groups.
Students will be taught abiding principles with Christ, so they don’t strive for victory because we already live FROM victory.
Students, parents who home school and stay-at-home parents, will be repeatedly immersed in our 25 foundational beliefs for happy, creative, hungry for leadership, spirit-led leaders. Our desire is to make them a part of our every-day lifestyle.
TESTIMONIES AND RISK: Our students feast on testimonies, where God is leading them to reach out to others creatively both in the church and in the marketplace.
We practice taking risks EVERY time we are together, so that we learn to move with the Holy Spirit in our weekly Healing Rooms and Prophetic Live sessions.
We believe the book of Acts and the gospels is our text book for every person who aspires to be a leader. So, these concepts of risk that leads to testimonies and breakthrough are foundational in every student’s life.
These key concepts, as well as the other points are implemented and understood as students read Theresa’s books: Born to Create and Created To Overcome.

Participation in Mandatory Live Weekly 90 minute Leadership Development sessions (offered in AM or PM PTD slots).
Lead small groups weekly for our KCM Thrive Life Level 1 students for one hour .
Develop a personal project based upon your time with God that will jump start your dream of starting a business, writing a book, launching a website, blog, podcast, art business, creative endeavor in music, fashion, dance, and more
Choose from a wide variety of opportunities to grow as a leader in our online healing rooms, prophetic live sessions, monthly creative community groups, KCM Facebook engagement, social media opportunities, and so much more..
Help lead workshops and events with Theresa for online and in person events and be able to travel on her trips.
Receive mentorship through her online courses, monthly webinars, and guest speakers.

Meet The Team
Theresa Dedmon
Theresa is an internationally recognized speaker who empowers believers to walk in their supernatural creative destiny, blending healing and the prophetic through her ministry and the Kingdom Creative Movement. She served for over 19 years as the leader of the Creative Arts Department at Bethel Church in Redding, equipping students and teams to bring transformation to the church, city, and broader cultural spheres.
Through her online learning platform, Kingdom Creative Movement, she has mentored hundreds of students worldwide, helping them pursue their God-given calling and build creative communities around the globe.
Kevin Dedmon
Kevin has over 30 years of pastoral ministry experience and holds degrees in Biblical Studies and Church Leadership from Vanguard University.
He served for 13 years at Bethel Church and the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, teaching revival theology, healing, and evangelism while developing outreach movements such as Treasure Hunts, Firestarters, and HomeFire.
Kevin is also the author of several books and curricula, and together with his wife Theresa, travels internationally equipping believers through conferences, teaching, and training resources.
Rebeca Waggoner
Rebeca Waggoner is a teacher, author, and leader from Eastern Oregon who is passionate about helping people discover their true identity and freedom through inner healing and God’s love.
She serves as the Show Director for Happy Canyon, the world’s oldest Indian Pageant and Wild West Show and is the first woman to sit on its board of directors, as well as the author of books preserving its history.
Becky has also partnered in leadership with Theresa Dedmon through Create Academy, where she has helped cultivate prophetic creativity and spiritual growth in others.
David Pennington
David Pennington is the husband of one amazing wife, Father to 3 beautiful girls. He wrote the children’s book, Bobby’s Big Adventure, with his children. He is a Reverend for the Elim Pentecostal Church in the UK, where he enjoys bringing creativity and the supernatural into every aspect of his ministry.
David has a gifting as a Prophetic Artist (Art of Redemption) where he uses his gifting to minister to kids in schools, church, and the marketplace.

As part of KCM Leadership Academy, you’ll receive a full membership to KCM—including KCM Thrive Life, our weekly, interactive community gathering with Theresa. You’ll have the opportunity to lead a small group during these live sessions, walk through Theresa’s identity foundation courses on thriving in every area of your life (if you haven’t already), and grow in a powerful, hands-on way.
Your membership also includes access to all KCM community benefits: monthly creative groups in art, dance, music, writing, and business, Healing Rooms, Prophetic Lives, Family Talks with Kevin and Theresa, and more.

1. Personal Mentorship
Benefit from our weekly mentorship times, where you’ll receive personalized teaching from my 35 years of leading ministries and creatives. Then, you will take what you’ve learned and apply it to the groups and KCM ministries you will be engaged in. KCMLA Tuition Information
Tuition is $1500 for 9 months. The payment plan is $25 deposit processing fee (which you can deduct from your first month’s tuition) and $600 down and $100 per month for 9 months. There is an earlybird payment discount of $300 for those who are paid in full by July 31, 2026, which lowers the cost to $1200.

You will have two and half hours per week for online commitments. There are other options and passions you will choose from as well. Altogether, the Academy averages out to 6 hours of personal and online commitments

Yes, we offer an early bird payment discount of $300 for those who are paid in full by July 31, 2026.

$600 down(paid before the first day of the Academy) and then $100 for 9 months.

The Leadership Development meetings are offered two times per week, which will be a Wednesday morning 9-10:30 AM PT or a Thursday evening 5-6:30 PM PT. The application will give you the options to select.
Then, you will be part of Theresa’s Leadership team for the KCM Thrive Life Academy and will choose either a Thursday AM (9 -10 AM PT or Thursday 6:30-7:30 PM PT slot). The application will give you options to select.

You will be in the same small group throughout the year with your peers weekly and you will have other times throughout the different KCM monthly and weekly groups that you will form lifelong relationships with your peers.

Because of each student’s place in the KCM Leadership Academy is limited and reserved within a Leadership Development Group, we often turn away others who would like to join once the spots are filled.
For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds if a student chooses to withdraw after the program has begun.

KCMLA graduation requirements are:
1). Completion and Submission of a KCMLA Dream Project (examples: writing a book, starting a podcast, creating an art series, starting a creative ministry in church or marketplace, starting Create to Be Free Healing Sessions)
2). Completion of the KCMLA course content (books/courses mentioned)
3). Regularly attending the Leadership Development Meetings and KCM Thrive Life meetings (at least 80% is required)
4). Development of a plan for becoming an influencer/leader within your community or church life if you haven’t yet- this could be large or small group at your home.
5). Be involved in the 3 major online conferences that KCM puts on during the School year (Saturdays- all day event) and be available to assist with monthly online webinars)
