We believe God has placed unique gifts, vision, and leadership potential inside each person. The Leadership Academy is designed to help you grow in your identity, creativity, leadership, and ability to partner with God to bring transformation wherever He calls you.

The KCM Leadership Academy is an ONLINE 9-month program that begins in September and continues through the end of May, including a 3-week Christmas break and a 1-week Thanksgiving break.
