The Speakers
Tony Stoltzfus
Tony has spent several decades coaching leaders to encounter God in their most difficult moments, based on a lifetime of engaging God in his own pain and loss. He developed the Encounter Coaching method, where change is created by asking Jesus questions that impact the heart, instead of relying on effort and self-discipline. He has started multiple coaching organizations, including an NGO has provided roughly 60,000 hours of coaching to leaders in emerging nations. Tony is acknowledged as a thought leader and founding figure in the Christian coaching movement since 1999.
He is the author of 21 books on coaching, leadership, the emotional brain and studying scripture as story, as well as many multimedia resources and training courses.
Theresa Dedmon
Theresa Dedmon is an internationally known speaker who equips and activates believers to walk in their supernatural creative destiny. A pioneer in the New Creative Renaissance, she blends healing, the prophetic, and creativity through her Kingdom Creative Movement (formerly Create Academy). She led the Creative Arts Department at Bethel Church in Redding for 19 years, empowering students and church members to bring transformation to their communities through creative outreach.
Theresa now leads international conferences and mentors creatives through her online platform, where she equips hundreds of students to pursue their God-given calling. She is also the author of Cultivating Kingdom Creativity, Born to Create, and Created to Overcome.
Kevin Dedmon
Kevin Dedmon has served in pastoral ministry for over 30 years and holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies and an M.A. in Church Leadership from Vanguard University. He taught revival theology, healing, and evangelism at the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry for 13 years and served on the leadership team at Bethel Church, where he helped develop initiatives like Treasure Hunts, Firestarters, and HomeFire to equip believers in a supernatural lifestyle.
Kevin is also the author of several books, including The Ultimate Treasure Hunt, Unlocking Heaven, and Presence Therapy, and travels with his wife Theresa to equip people to live naturally in miracles, healing, and the prophetic.
