What You Will Receive in Our KCM Thrive Life Foundational Academy
Phase One: Thriving in Beliefs and Community
We have designed this phase to help you build strong foundations by identifying and breaking through limiting mindsets that hinder growth, creativity, and confidence. Through four transformational modules, you will learn how to overcome the fear of failure, shame, perfectionism, and the fear of rejection so you can thrive emotionally, spiritually, and creatively. This phase will equip you with practical tools, activations, and encouragement to help you walk in greater freedom, confidence, and alignment with who God created you to be.
Phase Two: Thriving in our Relationship with God
Thriving in Our Relationship with God is focused on helping you grow in intimacy with the Father and develop greater confidence in hearing His voice in your everyday life. Through this transformational course, you will learn to recognize the ways God speaks, overcome limiting beliefs that hinder spiritual connection, and partner with Him through your sanctified imagination and personal relationship with Him. As you grow in hearing God’s voice, you will experience greater comfort, direction, clarity, and courage to walk in the plans and purposes He has for your life.
Phase Three: Thriving in our Emotional Health and Well-Being
Phase three is designed to help you experience deeper healing, freedom, and wholeness in every area of your life. Through these six transformational modules, you will learn how to restore your God-given identity, walk in forgiveness, let go of past pain, overcome abandonment, and embrace lasting freedom and renewed hope for the future. This phase will encourage you to live wholeheartedly as you grow in emotional health, peace, and confidence in who God created you to be.
Phase Four: Thriving in our Creativity and Commitments
Phase Four: Thriving in Our Creativity and Commitments is a 28-lesson eCourse designed to help you unlock your creative potential and develop a lifestyle of creating with God. Through practical tools, biblical teaching, and personal activations, you will learn how to strengthen your creative identity, stay committed through challenges, connect more deeply with God’s presence, and overcome obstacles that keep you from fully expressing what He has placed inside you. Across four engaging modules, this phase will empower you to cultivate creativity with passion, purpose, and greater Kingdom impact in the world around you.
Phase Five: Thriving in our Outward Call to Transform Culture and Others
Thriving in Our Outward Call to Transform Culture and Others is designed to help you step beyond limiting mindsets, beliefs, and patterns that have kept you from fully walking in God’s original design for your life as a creative influencer. Through this phase, you will be equipped to grow in biblical understanding, break out of restrictive “boxes” that limit identity and expression, and step into greater freedom, confidence, and Kingdom purpose. Across six powerful modules, you will be challenged and encouraged to live supernaturally, influence culture, and impact others through a life fully surrendered and aligned with God’s heart.

Meet The Team
Theresa Dedmon
Theresa is an internationally recognized speaker who empowers believers to walk in their supernatural creative destiny, blending healing and the prophetic through her ministry and the Kingdom Creative Movement. She served for over 19 years as the leader of the Creative Arts Department at Bethel Church in Redding, equipping students and teams to bring transformation to the church, city, and broader cultural spheres.
Through her online learning platform, Kingdom Creative Movement, she has mentored hundreds of students worldwide, helping them pursue their God-given calling and build creative communities around the globe.
Kevin Dedmon
Kevin has over 30 years of pastoral ministry experience and holds degrees in Biblical Studies and Church Leadership from Vanguard University.
He served for 13 years at Bethel Church and the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, teaching revival theology, healing, and evangelism while developing outreach movements such as Treasure Hunts, Firestarters, and HomeFire.
Kevin is also the author of several books and curricula, and together with his wife Theresa, travels internationally equipping believers through conferences, teaching, and training resources.
Rebeca Waggoner
Rebeca Waggoner is a teacher, author, and leader from Eastern Oregon who is passionate about helping people discover their true identity and freedom through inner healing and God’s love.
She serves as the Show Director for Happy Canyon, the world’s oldest Indian Pageant and Wild West Show and is the first woman to sit on its board of directors, as well as the author of books preserving its history.
Becky has also partnered in leadership with Theresa Dedmon through Create Academy, where she has helped cultivate prophetic creativity and spiritual growth in others.
David Pennington
David Pennington is the husband of one amazing wife, Father to 3 beautiful girls. He wrote the children’s book, Bobby’s Big Adventure, with his children. He is a Reverend for the Elim Pentecostal Church in the UK, where he enjoys bringing creativity and the supernatural into every aspect of his ministry.
David has a gifting as a Prophetic Artist (Art of Redemption) where he uses his gifting to minister to kids in schools, church, and the marketplace.
