The Leadership Level will help you get equipped to lead others to their breakthrough while being mentored and supported by Theresa and her team. The next stepping stone for your journey in the Create Academy community!

Course Itinerary

Weekly Mentoring with Theresa

Meet weekly with Theresa and other students in her leadership level to go over personal goals, small group training, tools in leadership, and how to thrive as a Kingdom Creative. 

small group support


You’ll be placed in a small group with other students in the leadership level, where you’ll share ideas, needs, and gain encouragement as you grow as a leader.  These groups will meet weekly.

Small group facilitator


Lead a small group of creatives from around the world who join Create Academy Live weekly (Level 1) to develop your pastoral and small group skills.

personal project


At the end of the program, you’ll create a personal project to showcase your dreams through any creative expression you choose. After your presentation, Theresa will comment on your dreams and creative project and will share prophetically about where you are headed.

End of Year Retreat

Theresa will be hosting an end of the year retreat for those who will be finishing up their year in the leadership level which will take place in Southern California for those who can make it. (See calendar for dates. Additional cost for accommodations/travel).

This level will open up many occasions for you and for your continued journey through Theresa’s influence and the Create Academy platform. There will be additional opportunities as well as you complete this 10 month leader’s program as well.

Ministry Opportunities

Theresa will be speaking both online and in person throughout the year. There will be opportunities for you to attend (online or in person) to be part of her ministry team.

How to Apply for level 2

Application Deadline: August 15, 2024

There will be two entry points for applying for the Leadership Level 

  • Completion of all Create Academy Courses

  • BSSM or Ministry School

What is the Cost?

We are asking for a $50 deposit to hold your position, which will be deducted from your first month’s tuition, or from the total fee if being paid in full.

Monthly from Sept 2024 - June 2025. $75 per mo.

or Pay one Time Fee and save one month’s tuition.   $750  $675*

Additional Benefit:  Your monthly Create Academy subscription fee will be waived during the program.
